Remote Support Analysts/ Service engineer -Remote - (North East)

Major recruitent is currently working on behalf of a client who, due to business growth and expansion, requires talented Remote Support Analysts/ Service engineers to join their growing team.

This role is to offer support for clients in the North East of England

My Client is a 24x7x365 support business servicing customers throughout the UK and abroad (UK speaking) they are a Family business which is growing out of SME and into med size which regularly creates job opportunities and development for promotions past service desk. They are continually growing and cover some amazing clients nationwide in multiple sectors;

* Hospitality,

* Retail,

* Manufacturing, Engineering & Logistics,

* Nuclear Services,

* Health Care- Private,

* Property Management

These roles are primarily remote support based, but also includes Field Service Support and project opportunities

They require fast working multi skilled engineers, who are fluent in dealing with first & second line support, great time management in order to control and escalate tickets according to SLA's and strong communication skills.

The candidates will report back to their Senior Engineer or Service Desk Manager, working within a friendly, passionate & driven team unit.

Our desired candidates need to be punctual, professional, smart and very confident with customers both remotely, on the phones and in person.

Candidates are to support 24/7/365 rota and therefore work on a shift basis, on a varied pattern along with standard core hours.

Along with a 27k annual salary the role also pays rates at time and a third for unsocial hours work working, 1 in 7 weeks will be working on the night shift, a full UK driving licence is also required.

Although the role is London Based you ar required to attend the head office in Preston 1 x 2 months or 1 x 6 weeks following 2/3 week in office training period (the company covers cover travel and accommodation costs)

Service Engineers must have strong fundamental knowledge on Windows O.S- 8.1, 10, Server 2016 and above.

Fluent with Microsoft Exchange Server, Office & Microsoft 365 including Azure A.D and Sharepoint.
