Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is now recruiting for a Water Treatment Regional Manager in the North of England

You will be field based supporting our Head of Service Operations and Engineering and managing Teams in the Northern region of the UK.

This position's primary purpose is to be responsible for: Leading and developing the Field Service teams to ensure that our clients continue to receive the best in class quality service. Growing the field service business by working closely with Commercial Departments to develop and maximise opportunities

The requirement for a broad knowledge of all markets and procedures implies the need to understand them in context, how they sit within the business unit as a whole and how they relate to all areas of the business.

To observe, abide by and enforce the Company's and client's Health & Safety policies.

To possess excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders via all forms of communication.

To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers through providing best in class quality service

Approve your teams overtime, holidays, commission, bonus and expenses and as appropriate.

Responsibility for full compensation/costs of their region.

Liaise with Direct Reports Scheduling /Tech Support / Projects/ Sales as appropriate to optimise Engineer Utilisation.

Work with the Head Of Service Operations & Engineering by attending customer meetings as requested to discuss commercial opportunities and /or resolve problem sites

Ideally candidates will have the following

In cooperation with the Head Of Service Operations & Engineering develop initiatives for your team to meet/exceed target budget.

In cooperation with the Head Of Service Operations & Engineering to develop initiatives for your team to Control Costs and Margins.

Put forward Budget plans/recommendations during the annual planning cycle.

Provide and present a monthly report on all aspects of the performance of the teams under your responsibility inc forecasting.

Technical qualification

Full UK Driving Licence

The ideal person will have excellent communication skills with previous client facing experience, and a proven commercial track record within a service environment. They should also have man management experience of large infield teams.
