Based in Cheshire, Woodston Personnel UK are recruiting for an Advanced Nursing Officer, to join a successful and reputable organisation on a permanent basis. This role has flexible hours and can be done mostly from home (80% remote, 20% office-based).

This job is a non-patient facing role that will involve building a team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners. The company works in partnership with the NHS providing digital solutions to patients.

It is essential the candidate is registered with the NMC and has a Masters level qualification in Advanced Practice. The candidate must have proven experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and it would be beneficial to have at least 2 years in Primary Care. The Advanced Nursing Officer is also required to have:

Non-medical Prescribing Qualification

Evidence of meeting the RCGP/RCN General Practice Advanced Nurse Practice competencies

*

level 3 child and adult safeguarding training within the last 3 years.

The candidate will have great communication, influencing and negotiation skills along with excellent leadership experience. It is vital the incumbent can analyse technical information while working under pressure and to deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Help develop a digital ANP Service

*

Manage a team of ANP's as well as support the recruitment team

*

Provide clinical onboarding and training for new clinicians joining the team

*

Work alongside the Associate Medical Director to provide strategic direction as well as clinical expertise

*

Implement the clinical audit schedule

*

Develop and implement clinical processes and policies

*

Keep up to date with current ANP best practice

*

Provide leadership and support on ANP clinical and service development

*

Liaise with Patient Services, Operations, Product, Design and Marketing teams

*

Attend internal and external events, including meetings and conferences
