Clinical Nurse Manager - RGN / RMN / RNLD
Location: Bradford , West Yorkshire
Salary: £22.50 per hour ( £45,000 per annum ) + £3,000 welcome bonus
Hours : Full Time, mainly days but flexibility needed to cover the needs of the service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to work within a brand new Specialist Care Home which opened in June 2021. The Care Home offers a high standard of person-centred care to adults with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities, including Huntington's disease and Parkinson's .
The successful candidate will have the leadership capabilities and the clinical experience to that the people in our care receive the highest standards in a positive and progressive organisational culture. Being at the forefront of clinical care delivery you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to develop and improve the standard of daily living. You will lead the nurse team during your shifts, mentor and motivate colleagues, champion safety and dignity, and drive continuous improvement,.
The Care Home has 40 large bedrooms in total, split across four units. They are rated highly on (url removed) and have a number of fantastic reviews left by services users and relatives of services users.
The Care Home has a lively and positive atmosphere and they always have something going on for the service users to get involved with.
The company is recognised as a leading provider of specialist nursing care in the UK for their 30 Care Homes. They are opening newly commissioned services over the next year too which opens great opportunities for internal progression.
An experienced Registered Nurse ( RGN , RMN or RNLD ) ? The Care Home welcomes applications from General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses. Full training and support will be given by your own designated mentor.
