You will be joining a leading consumer law firm with an outstanding reputation - a multi award winner for both their legal services and their employee teams.
You will be joining their Official Injury Claims Team - it is a fast moving department with "soft-touch" approach to dealing with new claims. And you will be part of this team that is leading the way in dealing with the new Whiplash Reforms being implemented on 31st May 2021.
Your day to day role will be:
Taking calls from new clients
Ensuring an outstanding level of service is offered to both new clients and work partners
Assessing liability and prospects of success - making decisions if new cases can be accepted
Identifying cases that can be handled outside of the OIC Portal
Submitting claims to the new Official Injury Compensation Portal
Submitting claims to the existing MOJ Portal
Client liaison for documentation
Please note main working hours are 9am to 5.30pm but over an 8 week period you will do 4 early shifts of 8am to 4.30pm, and 4 late shifts of 11.30am to 8pm. Plus one Saturday 9am to 5pm every 8 weeks and one Sunday 10am to 4pm every 8 weeks - with a day off in lieu.
