My client, an excellent Property Management company, have an exciting opportunity to join their thriving business as an Finance Assistant, based in the Fareham, Hampshire.
Bank Reconciliations (Essential)
Posting of client receipts
Financial reports and year end accounting services if required
Working with Property Managers
Telephone communication from Clients and Property Managers
Year End Process
In addition the post holder will be responsible for seeking to enhance the client relationship
Oversee and maintain income levels on the portfolio.
Participate in departmental strategy and service standard deliveryYou will require:
Knowledge of Qube Software (desirable)
Understanding of Residential Property Management (not essential)
Good communication skills
Be able to work unsupervised competently (post-training)You will receive:
