You will responsible for Checks, Servicing and Compliance signoffs ranging from Site Electrical Systems, Quality Standard checks and Install/Commissioning signoffs. You will liaise closely with other member of the site services and facilities team as well and external contractors and other support staff ranging from Field Service Technicians, Customer Care and Support helplines.
In addition, a knowledge of Problem-Solving tools such as 5 Why, 8D and Root Cause is necessary to facilitate the Project and Continuous Improvement elements involved in this role. A high level of competence is required and while this is part of a large team, shifts are often spread across site and the necessity to make a decision and act independently is essential.
The ideal candidate will come from a Process, Pharma or Chemical background and have experience within a Facilities and Site Services type role. A HNC or above is desirable but not essential. However, candidates must be time served with a Multi Skilled or Electrically Biased apprenticeship and have post apprenticeship experience.
A competitive package is on offer with scale for professional growth and development opportunities in place to move into Engineering or Specialized Maintenance, Improvement and Project work. For more information or a discussion in confidence, contact Andrew at Jackson Hogg
