Technical Manager, £28,000 - £30,000, Bradford - office based, Ref. 47482
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join a high performing company based in Bradford. As a Technical Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all work delivered by the department, proactively maintaining and overseeing team task allocations and acting as the central point of escalation for the team. The Technical Manager will also be in charge of creating and implementing processes and internal projects. Your main duties will include:
Oversee the day-to-day management and development of direct reports
Report on department performance objectives and KPIs
Produce written and verbal reports to the directors; evaluating team performance, activity, and challenges, as well as assessing progress on work programmes
Manage the workload of received orders and tickets as well as managing escalated complaints
Oversee the integration and deployment of internal systems into the departmentTo be considered for the Technical Manager role you will have proficient knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, good understanding of supplier management protocols and experience working with Atlassian products. You will also:
Proven previous experience in project management
Proven expense of managing a team
PRINCE2 or ITIL Certificate
