Due to the opening of our exciting NEW INDIGO STORE, we are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate should have proven skills within a retail environment and have experience in a similar role possibly at a senior level. You will report directly to the Store Manager.
Duties will include driving and achieving store sales through leading the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards. Demonstrate high levels of personal customer service, maintain exceptional operational standards at front and back of house.
Maximize sales and gross profit in both stores, control labour costs, ensure loss prevention, conduct accurate stock counts and stock preparation.
Ensure staff rotas are prepared and communicated, ensure payroll information is completed , maintain cash handling policies are followed and store balancing procedures are carried out.
