Delivery manager role for an independent creative software company that partners strategically with associations and not for profits.
A delivery manager is responsible for guiding their teams to success on complex integrated digital and CRM projects. You will be an expert in agile delivery methodologies with a good understanding of how to plan work in an iterative way delivering continual value to our clients during a project.
We believe passionately in the benefits of agile, but the nature of the third sector and our projects means that we are often (but not always) constrained by scope and budget. As such we apply a Prince 2 Agile framework to our projects so that we can actively manage scope change and budget whilst our engineers and consultants can leverage lean, agile practices to deliver work.
As a delivery manager you will be responsible for the bulk of the client facing responsibilities, the face of the project and our business. We also actively encourage our teams to get in front of clients so we expect you to demonstrate leadership by example and encouragement.
