UK - Remote working role

Up to £65k + Car Allowance + Bonus!

New Year, New YOU? Are you a Digital & Data Marketing specialist and looking for a new role in 2022? Do you have previous experience of implementing a Data-Driven Digital Marketing strategy (mass communications to a variety of B2C audiences) for a large organisation within FMCG or Retail?

Mackenzie Jones have partnered with one of the world's most highly regarded and most popular FMCG organisations. They're performing incredibly well at the moment, sales have been soaring throughout the pandemic despite the tricky trading conditions. The business is now going through a new phase of Digital Transformation and as such the Digital team are looking to hire an experienced Digital & Data Marketing Manager to project manage a multi-million pound advertising budget centred around data, in order to reach the right person with the right message at the right time (mass communications).

Required skills for this Digital & Data Marketing Manager role:

3-5 years within Digital/Growth Marketing (ideally within FMCG or Retail).
You need to have had exposure to managing a multi-million pound advertising budget.
Strong experience using the full Salesforce stack (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Audience Studio).
An understanding of media bidding and buying strategies is beneficial.
Experience of using Analytical/Reporting tools (Google AdWords / Google Analytics etc).
You need to have extensive agency management experience.
