Would you like to work with one of the world's leading providers of specialised subsea pipeline protection systems? This marine civils giant provides these services to major oil and gas clients and offshore contractors, only 1 of 3 companies in the UK providing these services. They are looking for someone to step in as a Client Services Manager, a niche and rare opportunity:

Role Summary

Similar to a Project Manager role, the successful candidate will be hands-on and will provide excellent management of projects - from input to bids to managing the projects, cradle to grave. The Client Services Manager is required to liaise with the Engineering team and then brief Production on the client's drawings and specs for manufacture. They will also liaise with clients throughout the entire process until collection or delivery of the product. Each job is a project!

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Project, manufacture and logistics management.
• Ensure projects won, assigned and delivered in terms of manufacture.
• Client driven paperwork for larger projects, i.e. MRBs, shipping documentation or any other such requirement as part of projects contractual close out and completion.
• Client visits during projects as required and to include QHSE overview if required.
• Flexibility in workplace and managing overseas projects as required.
• Overseas project supervision and administration on projects specific basis as agreed with MD.
• All meeting minutes and action plans to be written up, filed and sent out as appropriate.
• Understanding of budgets and costs within a project and company.
• Proactively look to grow and expand role as appropriately and for company benefit.

Qualification & Competency Criteria

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in civil, structural, marine or offshore engineering environment (essential).
• Site supervision or management experience in similar environment (essential).
• Client liaison experience.
• Production / Project Management experience.
• Good, general commerciality.
• Drive and ambition to succeed.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive.
• Able to work under own self supervision.
• Willing to take responsibility and accountability.
