Account Manager - Hammersmith - 4 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - £(Apply online only) per day
Our client is actively seeking an Account Manager to join them on a 4 month contract. You will be managing projects, from ideation/ concept stage through to development, implementation and evaluation. You will be involved with BAU, Retailer Project and Trade Projects.
Digital Engagement and enhancing CRM effectiveness and impact by putting in place improvement initiatives based on data led insights.
Develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud taking responsibility for full end to end development, deployment, campaign analysis and corrective actions to ensure we maximise each campaign to its fullest.
Able to set up and implement the tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively, providing solutions to execute both tactical and strategic email campaigns
This individual will also be responsible for leading the deployment of all direct to customer campaigns whilst our in-house team will continue to focus on omni-touchpoint deliverables, e.g. Digital + F2F to End User vs. Digital to end user. This will allow us to deploy multiple campaigns simultaneously capitalising upon available opportunities.
Hands on experience of audience management through marketing cloud.
Content management skills to ensure the site analytics are frequently reviewed with proactive actionable recommendations made.
Translate data into actionable insights for us to be able to plan and deploy accordingly (the so what!)
Supporting line manager/client with development of B2B digital communication & digital activation strategy that will drive innovation, engagement and overall acquisition.
Define and propose using insights from other categories and PMI markets on best in class engagement strategies that can be adopted by the UK to form part of the 2022 Trade Engagement Plans
Identify and propose the 2022 calendar of events and experiences that will resonate with retailers and aim to increase loyalty, perception and advocacy towards PML as the preferred supplier
Establish measurement criteria and set up the deployment and reporting of feedback and post event evaluations.
Manage the full end to end set up through to execution of each event ensuring full communication solutions and assets are defined and deployed accordingly
Collaborate fully with Commercial Planning function and where necessary field management to ensure all logistics and planning requirements are met in full
Design and deploy 'money can't buy' experiences that make trade partners want to work with PML, that creates self-published social content.
Existing events include F1, MotoGP which are centrally supplied but we need 2 or 3 other BIG TICKET events, these could be full hospitality Cricket or anything else we could create and personalise.
Working with our commercial planning and field team - identify 3 authorised resellers who we could test the solution with.
Define the parameters for the test, including the success criteria
Define the approach for a solution that can be out of the box and scalable without too many bespoke requirements
Create project plan and timelines
Create and share the activity framework showing the end-to-end process and the customer facing content.
Deploy the pilot, evaluate and recommend next steps, either kill or scale up
Offline and online campaigns experience
