3C ICT is our shared IT service between Cambridge City Council, Huntingdonshire District Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council. The shared service was established in April 2016 to provide a more efficient way of delivering ICT services across the three partner councils and has now matured into a reliable and efficient operation.

Our team of 80+ staff provide a range of services from digital development and integration, to server management and maintenance as well as standard desktop and business application support. On a day-to-day basis, we manage and deliver all the IT systems and services needed by our partners and customers. We are a modern IT Operation utilising Office 365, Microsoft Azure, DevOps and other up to date applications.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference. Join our busy and growing Digital team at an exciting time with a series of upcoming line of business system integration and digitisation projects, that seek to make a difference to local residents and businesses. You will be part of a team of 2 Product managers who work with the business to define user stories for our Digital Development team of 9 developers to build.

This role also works with the business to "User Acceptance test" and sign off new developments before transitioning to business as usual support. We are seeking someone who will challenge existing processes and ways of working, taking accountability for ensuring our customers get the best out of the systems and applications we develop.

The role is based is currently homeworking with our primary office in Huntingdon but the postholder will be required to travel to other 3C ICT sites across Cambridgeshire which are in Cambridge and Cambourne as required to meet the needs of the service
