Our client based in Feltham are seeking a Quality Insurance Manger to join their expanding team.

This role is a mixture of working within the office and working at home.

The Quality Manager ensures that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained.

You are acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality. Directly responsible for all Quality Assurance matters in the UK branches.

Main Contributions
- Guardian of the Quality System / process compliance of the entity he/she in charge of
- Maintain the UK QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 2015 requirements
- Facilitate the handling and escalation of Quality Issues - participate in CAPA completion when required
- Manage the UK Improvement Log and close out all issues satisfactorily
- Manage the CAPA log for UK offices and supervise all actions that conclude on the appropriate close out
- Plan and undertake internal audits and follow up with any actions with the relevant teams
- Responsible for the accuracy of the documentation system
- Ensure that the training required within each department, as determined by department managers, is carried out and recorded
- Responsible for the customer support for every topic related to QA
- Host customer audits and Regulatory inspections/ISO audits
- Monitor, track and resolve non conformances including complaints from the customer.
- Track and oversee all commitments for actions or changes made by from previous customer audits
- Participate actively in improving our customer experience / Suggest proactively every improvement that could enhance customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the compliance of the UK Operations
- Assisting in the evaluation and assessment designated agents and/or outsourced activities.
- Verify cold chain calibration and maintenance plan is kept up to date
- Ensure equipment mapping and equipment qualification is undertaken correctly by the cold chain team
- Keeping records of all qualification and validation activities performed for critical equipment (in partnership with the UK Cold Chain & Transport Manager)
- Act as a strong business partner for the UK entity
- Collate quality KPIs for Monthly Management and Business Review Meetings
- Participate actively to the Management meetings / reviews
- Develop a robust QMS system in line with the customers requirement
- Complete quality questionnaires for RFQ, pre-audits, other customers potential requirements and quality technical agreements
- Be a proactive contributor in the QA team
- Determine system improvements and implement change in line with the Quality Team
- Participate to internal training programs

Experience in Quality management or compliance
Understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practices)
Certification for managing internal audits appreciated
Audit experience
Customers oriented (internal and external clients)
Ability to get the team to adopt the QA processes and to implement them
Team player
Keen eye for detail
Planning and organisation
Enthusiasm and involvement
