An international client of Sheridan Maine requires a Finance Assistant to join their friendly team in Reading on a temporary basis. As Finance Assistant you will be supporting the business by providing a high degree of accuracy of financial information and payments.

In this role you would be responsible for:

• Inputting data on to the accounting system
• Performing reconciliations
• Posting payments
• Resolving queries
• Liaising with treasury and banking teams

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Finance Assistant/ Accounts Administrator/ Accounts Payable or similar. You will be competent with systems and able to navigate them with ease, Excel in particular. A keen eye for detail and strong organisation skills are vital.

This position offers hybrid working and has parking on-site.

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
