Domestic Gas Engineer

Example Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the private sector.
They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract in the Bolton, Westhoughton & Westfield areas.
Engineers working on the contract currently earn on average between £250.00 - £350.00 per day carrying out between 6-8 jobs.
All appointments are pre-booked via a tablet (provided) with guaranteed work all year round.
Contract Details
Location: Bolton, Westhoughton & Westfield
Work Type: Annual services (safety check), Landlord gas safety records, breakdowns - service only option may be available.
Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week. Up to 5 days available plus weekends and evening call out available at enhanced rates.
Contract Length: Long term ongoing.
Payment terms: Weekly.
Rates:
Servicing: £22.50 per appliance
Repairs: £40 per complete (full van stock and parts are supplied)
Contract requirements:
- Van (plain or sign written)
- Domestic ACS incl. CKR1 & HTR1
- Gas Safe Registration
- Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
- £2m Public Liability Insurance
- Clean DBS
