We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Client Delivery/Financial Planning team based in Nottingham.

Job Purpose:

To people manage Client Delivery Associates/Assistants to ensure that they deliver a high level of service to our clients. Be the role model within the team for standard of work whilst displaying a positive supportive manner. To work with the Office Head to achieve the required KPI's to meet business targets and mitigate risk. Provide full support to one financial planner, ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact with clients, and other operational colleagues whilst adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the people management of the Client Delivery Associates team, conducting staff one-to-one's and appraisals to ensure that agreed KPI's are being achieved. Structured Training & development plans will be put in place based on feedback, quality checks and future aspirations.
To managing sickness and holidays, ensuring involve record are accurate and up to date. Support will be provided from Head of London and HR to manage complex employee issues, such as sickness absence, disciplinary or capability. You will be responsible for conducting probation reviews until sign off and to measure performance/capability for new. Responsible for the recruitment and induction of new staff in conjunction with Office Head.
Responsible for conducting regular quality checks to feed into the appraisal process. Identifying issues, risks and appropriate actions. Maintain and develop monthly management information on the Client Delivery Associate team and Financial Planning team including responsibility for accelerate to drive improvement and growth of the team. Responsible for disseminating important information and business changes which impact the Client Delivery Associate team.
A subject matter expert (SME), role model and key contact in the Client Delivery team, providing assistance and answering queries. To help support Office Head with any project/new initiatives/in house meetings. To be aligned to a Financial Planner being the point of contact for all client servicing and new business queries; to research and resolve client issues timely and efficiently. Preparation for client meetings and attend as and when required. Provide the business support necessary in meeting Tilney strategy and business objectives, as required.
Process all business in accordance with required processes & proactive pipeline management. Prioritise workload to ensure all activities are timely, compliant and conducted in a manner that will meet the agreed performance standards and deliver outstanding service to clients. Prepare and print illustrations, key features and applications as required.Skills & Qualifications:

1-year people management experience.
Ideally 1+ years of Client Delivery administration experience within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of delivering excellent client service to drive positive client outcomes.
Organisation and prioritisation skills being able to work independently and within a team. Excellent verbal, written communication and IT skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to coach and mentor team members.
Strong stakeholder management with positive influencing skills and attitude to drive change of behaviors to improve business.About Tilney Smith and Williamson
