My client is a global manufacturing business which is well recognised as one of the leader manufacturers of automotive products. The position is based at their Wolverhampton manufacturing site with occasional travel to their southern office for meetings. The company is going through a period of growth whereby you will play a key role to develop their strategy moving forward.
Description
Implementing appropriate, robust and workable controls & policies to protect the company's profitability, cashflow and balance sheet
Compliance with tax authorities and companies house including liaison with the Group FC and external accountants on year end and audit and tax returns
Review accurate and timely monthly accounts including monthly re-forecast for rolling 12 months and prepare Group Consolidation for Group; presenting and explaining Monthly reporting to the Directors and management team as required
Preparation of Monthly reporting of MI to Group
Modelling and Forecasting as required by Group
Prepare annual budgets in line with Group requirements
Production of weekly and monthly KPI's and performance measures to support and influence management decision making for the Company and Group
Ensuring company audit is successful, auditor's statement is unqualified and statutory accounts are prepared and signed within an agreed timeline
Ensuring Directors & Managers understand the financial implications of decision making
Providing information to Group for Insurance renewals and claims
Bank signatory and administrator
Responsible for adequate resources for FinanceProfile
Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Previous experience in manufacturing advantageous
Advanced Excel Skills
Good Communicator
Some travel will be requiredJob Offer
