Role: School Business Manager
Salary: £34,884 - £40,869 dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours, 52 weeks per year (annual leave to be taken in school holidays)
Dedicate Recruitment is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join this 4-form entry Junior School in Dagenham. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this is a strategic post with key responsibilities leading on finance, HR, facilities management and administration.
Your role is to ensure all finance and statutory returns are prepared and submitted within HMRC and EFSA guidelines, promoting the smooth running of the administrative function and working closely with the Head Teacher in providing guidance on HR matters. This is a key role within the Academy and it is essential that applicants are highly professional, articulate and are calm under pressure.
The successful candidate will be educated to Level 4 in School Business Management (formally Certificate in SBM) or demonstrable equivalent experience and AAT Qualified or equivalent.

This is a permanent, on site, full time, all year through post. The successful candidate will hold a current Enhanced DBS check or will be subject to one.
