Transformation Manager for Pre Sales Team
Contract - Inside IR35 - £(Apply online only) per day - 6 months initially - remote/travel to offices as and when required
Responsibilities
* Leading and developing the Pre-Sales team
* Transforming the ways of working and creating process efficiencies
* Harmonisation of Pre-Sales processes across the product portfolio (broadcast, radio and utilities)
* Working with relevant stakeholders to simplify the pre-sales process through automation and building off the shelf components
* Collaborating with the Sales team to work on Pre-sales solutions that best meet the customer needs whilst considering and understanding key cost drivers, margin/price and sensitivity analysis
* Improve the conversion rate and time to deliver bids to meet the needs of the business and customers
* Understand competitive landscape to maximise win ratio
* Reviewing our KPIs and defining new areas where reporting is needed
Requirements
* Strong leadership skills with experience of turning around team engagement
* Experience in implementing significant process change and driving adherence to process
* Programme Management or Transformation experience
* Ability to articulate the need for change and continuous improvement and bring the team on the journey
* Track record of driving and embedding change and ensuring adoption
* Ability to cut through complexity and spot what matters
* Remains positive under pressure
* Taking ownership and owning problems until resolved
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at all levels to drive change effectively
* Highly effective communicator who demonstrates authority and confidence in a wide range of situations
* Customer focused - driving and supporting the business to be forward thinking, ensuring that we anticipate customer needs
