Salary: £19,000 - £19,500
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CRA Legal are working with a well-established ABS structure who offer various legal services to its client base. The organisation are looking to hire an experienced Legal Helpline Advisor with a background in Personal Injury Law. You will have the opportunity to join a business that offers career progression and a competitive salary.

This role would also be suitable for a recent Law graduate that's looking to start their Legal career.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls, processing new claims
* Taking inbound calls, updating clients on existing claims
* Providing expert legal advise via telephone and email on Personal Injury Claims
* Setting up new claims
* Updating case notes on current notes
* Taking witness statements / drafting witness statements

* Road Traffic Accidents
* Medical Negligence
* Serious Injury
