Our client is a growing fund management group, who due to expansion, are now looking to recruit an Investment Risk Manager to oversee a small team.
This role is responsible for the oversight and research of a range of UCITS and Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) and their appointed investment managers. You will oversee the initial, and on-going, due diligence of third-party investment managers ensuring all regulatory rules are monitored and any risks are highlighted and addressed. You will produce management information on all schemes, providing analysis and modelling portfolios and reviewing investment strategies where applicable.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role within investment operations ideally working with UCITS and/or collective investment schemes with a good knowledge of FCA regulations. You will have an understanding of portfolio construction and fund management with strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally you will hold, or be working towards, an investment based qualification such as Investment Operations Certificate, Investment Management Certificate, Chartered Financial Analyst Level 1 or CISI Investment diploma.
