Male Teacher of Physical Education (PE)

Salford

£25, 714 - £41,604 per annum.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

January Start, 2022.

The minimum experience required for this position is 2 weeks teaching within the last 2 years and you must hold Qualified Teacher Status.

The Role

Are you passionate about teaching PE? Would you relish the opportunity to share your knowledge and passion for PE with young individuals? We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Male Teacher of PE to join a team of committed staff to cover a short-term role within school in the Salford area. Our client schools are always challenging themselves to have high expectations to develop and achieve success for all pupils.

If you are a Teacher of PE who is enthusiastic, dynamic, and willing to work effectively as part of a team but also and hit the ground running individually, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate must be able to motivate and support both pupils and staff. The carefully selected Teacher of PE will be encouraged to develop their skills in a well-resourced, supportive environment. It is important that the Teacher of PE has high expectations of pupil's achievements and a strong commitment to raising standards.

To be considered for the position, you will:

Be a passionate and innovative Teacher of Physical Education with KS3 and KS4 experience.
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary teachers who put children at the heart of everything they do.
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
Have very high expectations of students and staff alike.
