Location: Walsall

Salary: £18 - £22 per hour (c£44,616)

Hours: 39

Shifts: 7am - 4pm / 12pm finish on Friday

Overtime: Available in the week and on Saturdays

Supply into Petro-Chem, Aerospace, Nuclear Industries
Internal progression within the group
Duties Include: CNC Miller - Team Leader

Will be using HAAS, Hartford & Fanuc controlled CNC milling machines to produce high quality parts
Working to Quality Procedures / Quality Systems
Support business with health & safety requirements
Will understand and be able to follow drawings, specifications, and complex instructions/dimensions.
Knowledge of machining non-standard materials and castings
Taking ownership of the milling section and the team members with that section
Using measuring equipment including CMM Machine
Maintaining clear and accurate production documentation and data
Perform maintenance and daily checks/calibration on machines and equipment
Writing SOP
Requirements of CNC Miller - Team Leader

5 years of programming experience is required - essential
Will be required to manage 4 staff
Use of ONC CNC or equivalent CAD System
Experienced online programming using Fanuc control systems
The idea candidate would have experience in working with exotic material (Duplex/Stainless/Inconel etc), casting, used to 1 off's and short batch as well as working to close tolerances. (-/+ 50 microns)
