To facilitate the Livingston facilities materials control, issue, storage and shipping activities in line with the company requirements.
Essential job functions:
Receive materials at assigned location ("Goods In") and process through established incoming goods procedures in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Department.
Transfer approved materials into internal stock locations or to an external storage facility as assigned.
Issue requested stock materials to departments / sites. Complete computer updates as required.
Transfer partially processed materials between sites as required in conjunction with the Quality Assurance department.
Update manual GMP batch stock sheets for issues of stock.
DESIRABLE SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Attainment of Standard Grade education.
2. Knowledge of cGMP procedures desired.
3. Physical ability to complete all related job duties.
4. Previous experience working in a stores environment.
5. Driving License
