Legal Administrator - Property
Bristol - office based role
£18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Are you an efficient Administrator who is genuinely interested in the field of property law? Are you well organised and a strong communicator, perhaps with experience in Estate Agency or a similar field?

If so, then we'd like to hear from you. Yolk Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a well established and nationwide law firm, who despite their growth have still managed to maintain a family feel. This opportunity sits within their Private Property and Agriculture team.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Opening client files following firm procedures
Maintaining hard copy files and ensuring all electronic copies of emails and documents are filed correctly
Providing updates to clients and 3rd parties, chasing relevant documentation as required
Copying, scanning and faxing when required by fee earners
Archiving, filing and closing files
Updating databases and spreadsheets
Document production using Microsoft office packages
Assisting the team during busy periods, undertaking ad hoc tasks such as phone calls
Paying invoices and preparing payments using pre-populated forms
The skills and experience that you'll bring to the team:

You'll be a confident communicator with an interest in the property sector
Solid academic achievement, with a minimum of 6 GCES's passes at grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
You'll possess excellent spelling and grammar skills and be proficient with usual Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You'll be able to demonstrate that you are organised and proactive with a flexible can-do attitude
You'll have the ability to work with minimum supervision
You'll take pride in your work and possess the ability to prioritise
You'll have a good attitude and work ethic
