About the Primary Teaching Assistant role
***Lead Reading and Writing session 1-1
***Work with low ability year 1 pupil in class
***Support Teacher planning and marking
***1-1 support with SEN Pupils
***Looking after children's pastoral needs
***Setting up equipment and helping to prepare the classroom for lessons, tidying up afterwards and helping with displays.
***Helping pupils develop independent learning skills, manage their own learning and prioritise their time.
