Content Strategy Manager needed within the Sales Department

Location: Hybrid (office in London Paddington once a week)

Contract: 6 months

Rate: Negotiable

Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Overview
You will help re-imagine how support functions communicate with sales, developing compelling content that is fresh, engaging, and visually appealing. You will drive communication strategies and bold marketing content that is supportive of global campaigns, designed to inform and engage sales across prioritized projects, topics, and narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to ensure deep understanding of their needs is factored into Highspot platform ecosystem
Plan strategic goals for the platform and own the roll out of new features to the global sales teams.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather product related feedback from the field and help infuse understanding of how those suggestions can be implemented
Design and maintain the platform information architecture which spans content, training and coaching
Communicate platform changes with the end user through live or digital learning to upskill sales
Drive content-related programs from conception to delivery
Experience Needed

3+ years' experience in a content strategy and creative management role
3+ years' experience centralizing content delivery through a digital asset management platform.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related creative field
Experience working as part of a global team supporting sales in multiple languages.
Knowledge and experience in brand governance and brand development
Leadership/project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and to effectively scope and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
