The Quality Control Supervisor Opportunity:

Within our Quality & Food Safety Team you will play a vital part in ensuring we consistently meet our exceptional product quality, factory standards and customer experience. As a sports nutrition and health food manufacturer, we produce a wide range of products including powders, capsules, tablets and softgels within our own manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Global Quality and Food Safety Manager and Quality Team to ensure our products maintain the absolute best quality standard. You will also help implement a number of new product quality practices within the production facility and continuously monitor these procedures and practices to ensure high standards are maintained.

This is a new opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual. You’ll gain exposure in all areas of quality and be focusing on the quality of the products, customer complaints and hygiene standards.

What will you be doing?

+ Reporting, investigating, and resolving product complaints – Carrying out assessments on the product and finding solutions where necessary.
+ In take checks on third party products are completed in the required time frame and documented.
+ Investigate product issues including the raising of non-conformances (internally or externally) and work to expedite resolutions, including replacement stock, customer interactions or product rework.
+ Ensure all stock (Raw Materials or Finished products) placed on hold/quarantine are resolved in a quick and efficient manner.
+ Any shelf life assessments are carried out in ample time
+ Supporting Customer Services with technical/product Information
+ Factory Food safety and Hygiene compliance
+ Support the Global Quality & Food Safety Manager on all things quality

What are we looking for?

+ Educated to degree standard
+ Experience 3 years within sports nutrition and/or food safety
+ Experience within product quality, technical, food safety
+ Proactive mindset and problem solving experience advantageous
+ Experience within a food production area
