Term time plus 5 days, LSA (Learning Support Assistants) for an amazing SEN school.

Your new company
This specialist SEN school situated in a rural countryside setting near Leighton Buzzard within a recently refurbished and modernised building, are looking to appoint up to 5 LSA's as a result of internal promotions and expansion of services.

An independent residential special school for children and young people aged 10-19 with SLD, ASD and complex needs. All students work to a specifically designed curriculum based around developing communication, independence and self-regulation skills, alongside creativity, outdoor learning, wellbeing and work experience. Students work towards accreditation through ASDAN and the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.

The school would be very happy to receive applications from experienced LSA's both qualified and unqualified that seek a highly rewarding role supporting some of the most vulnerable children either on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with their learning needs.

In return you will be joining a passionate and highly supportive team which no doubt will help you settle quickly in to your new role. 40 weeks working plus 5 inset days and a selection of additional benefits.
