A small Boutique Finance Company in Central London is looking for an EA to the Partner to start immediately on a permanent basis. The role is a permanent for the right candidate.

Job Duties:

- Provide general EA support to Partners as required including diary, travel, client contact, personal errands and work

- Ensure office supplies including stationery, office, printing and kitchen are in place, manage secure shredding process

- Provide diary and travel support to wider team as required

- Personal work for Partners from time to time

Skills and experience required:

- Experience working as a EA

- Experience within Office Management in a boutique environment

- Proficient with Microsoft systems
