Senior Solicitor – HNW Inheritance & Lifetime Planning Team Lead
Central Oxford HQ 1/2 times per week

Clientele: Private Client / High Net Worth
Structure: Limited company. Part Employee Owned (1 of only 5 in the country)

The Inheritance & Lifetime Planning Team Leader / Solicitor Role:

Using your vast experience you will lead the ILP team of Solicitors and Support staff to fulfill the vision of:

+ Being recognised as the best ILP Solicitors in Oxfordshire
+ A growing client base of raving fans
+ Contribute to our Advice For Life strategy for clients looking for high service and value
+ 75% of new work from referrals and existing clients

You will be accountable for:

+ Work allocation
+ Service Delivery
+ Client Care
+ Supervision and Compliance
+ Mentoring and Training

Key Duties:

+ Delivering your revenue number
+ Helping deliver the team’s revenue number
+ Surprising and delighting clients
+ Ensuring service delivery is proactive rather than reactive
+ Active participating in team development and growth
+ Collaboratively working with other clients
+ Supervision of people and results
+ Ensuring processes are followed by all

About You:

You will:

+ Be a lawyer with at least 10 years’ PQE in inheritance and lifetime planning
+ Want to be recognised as a leader in inheritance and lifetime planning world
+ Want to do things differently
+ Want to use the latest electronic technology in order to deliver world-class client service; at maximum profitability and lowest possible risk
+ Relish the opportunity to grow and develop a team
+ Have demonstrable experience of supervision and management
