LINQ Recruitment are currenlty seeking a Service Manager for an ambitious Commercial heating; air conditioning & refrigeration company based in Watford.
The Service Manager will need to highly organised and will be responsible for a portfolio of clients. The day-to-day responsibilities will be to efficiently manage the service and maintenance operations ensuring our clients expectations are exceeded. In order to achieve the set targets, the service manager will oversee service quality standards and productivity of the engineers. Producing high quality information for our clients. The Service manager must also ensure continuous improvements as well as maintaining and growing client relationships to ensure contract retention.
It is expected that the Service Manager is able to demonstrate a level of technical ability and be confident leading technical conversations with service engineers & clients discussing systems as well as service and maintenance works, schedules and remedial works.
* Proven Service Management experience
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* IT skills Software based
* Excellent organisation skills
* HVAC Technical background
* Proven client facing / customer service experience
* Leadership skills
* Experience of service and maintenance contract framework and negotiations.
* Based within a commutable distance of Watford
* Basic Salary £38,000-£45,000 (dependant on experience)
* Car Allowance (£350 per month gross) / public transport covered
* Medical insurance after qualifying years of service.
* Uncapped profit related bonus.
