A rare opportunity to join a business and community that mentors, trains and supports its members to achieve great things.
We are looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to join this small but ambitious in-house team, initially on a 3 days a week basis, increasing to 5 days over time. However, if you are interested and looking for 4 or 5 days a week immediately, please do still get in touch.
The salary is up to £35k (pro-rata) and the role offers the opportunity to work either from Oxford or remotely with travel into Oxford once a month.
The business has had a highly successful few years so this role is required to help broaden their reach further and proactively manage marketing communications.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will involve implementing an exciting marketing strategy to help promote a range of online courses, taught by top tutors within the industry. Focusing on a range of courses throughout the year, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching new courses as well as promoting existing ones.
Responsibilities will include:
* Creation and delivery of the marketing strategy across a range of channels including email, social, PPC ( a good understanding will suffice), partnerships and content marketing
* Manage the production of all marketing materials for courses
* Manage freelance partners, including designers, to deliver marketing materials
* Work with the in-house video editor to produce video content for promotion of courses
* Work closely with the Campaign Manager to set up automated emails and campaigns
* Work closely with the Marketing Executive to produce content for social and newsletters
* Manage, create and update content for all necessary web pages
* Build relationships with tutors in order to cover their successes for promotional activities
* Assist the Head of Marketing with other marketing activities as necessary
With a very full course schedule for 2022, the successful candidate must have experience in proactively managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and be a well-organised individual. Excellent writing skills are essential as is experience of working within a marketing team. This could be either at a managerial level or as an Executive who is now looking to take the next step.
All backgrounds will be considered, however, someone with a background in education or similar would be ideal.
You'll be joining a wonderful team that is supportive and welcoming. They don't take themselves too seriously and priorities can change, so someone who is fairly relaxed and adaptable would suit this role well.
We are starting the shortlisting/interviewing process for this role ASAP so if you are interested, please apply quickly
