JOB TITLE: Laser Operator
LOCATION: Alcester, Warwickshire
SALARY: £13-£14 per hour (Overtime and Bonus available)
BASIS: Permanent (NIGHT SHIFT)
Currently recruiting for an established aerospace / gas turbine manufacturing business for a Laser Operator at their Alcester facility. The business has undertaken some streamlining activities and are now looking to substantially grow this facility over a 4 year plan.

Responsibilities for Laser Operator:
Responsibilities specific to the role.
• Use and control of Lasers in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Ability to read and understand CNC code to the level required for machine set up and operation.
• Understanding of and safe use of air tools and hand tools
• Understand all set up parameters and the effect that they have on the process.
• Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Complete laser cutting operations efficiently in accordance with Job Card instructions to achieve the required output levels.
