The Junior Management Accountant will support the Finance Director in creating accurate and timely management accounts.

The role management accountant will play a key role in ensuring delivery of accurate monthly results, ensuring they reflect the current performance of the business and driving initiatives as required.

Responsibilities:

Updating cashflow forecast and presenting to FC/FD with analysis
Preparation of management accounts reporting pack (including profit and loss, Balance sheet and cashflow statements)
Analysis of Cost of Sales, labour, margins and profitability
Balance sheet reconciliation
Business partnering with the site management teams to produce site specific P&Ls and other key analysis
Input into forecasting and budget process
Candidate Profile

Excellent Communication skills
Ability to drive process and system improvements
Strong excel skills
Sound understanding of accounting principles
Solid transactional accounting experience
Actively studying toward finance qualification
