Globally, they have over 700 experts delivering world-class events, publications and digital programmes. They support the marketing, medical affairs and publication teams of the biggest health care and medical brands in the world.
Who are we looking for? An experienced Payroll Manager to work alongside the HR Team, managing the day-to-day running of the company's payroll for their Europe offices for circa 500 employees. This candidate MUST be immediately available to join the company on an interim basis until April 2022.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Run payroll processing for the company's Europe division of around 500 employees
Liaising with Finance team on a regular basis to ensure accurate processing of payroll
Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Ensures compliance and best practicesKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience within a similar role, managing payroll cycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
