Our Client, a small independent Chartered Accountancy practice based in the City are looking for a bright, intelligent, proactive & enthusiastic individual to run the secretarial & administrative function. They have a diverse and interesting client base including some top Italian clients.

They are a small team, so the role would suit someone who is versatile and enjoys the ariety and being busy and taking on various roles as and when needed. Someone who is happy to keep the day to day administration of the office running smoothly including answering the telephone, processing the post, on-boarding clients, AML compliance, filing, typing letters, and receiving clients and taking on ad hoc project tasks.

Essential Criteria
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads efficiently and professionally
  • Ability to conduct yourself in a professional and presentable manner at all times
  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience in an accountancy or similar environment desirable.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge & understanding and experience of Xero and Quickbooks
  • Italian speaker an advantage.
