Role Overview
The goal of the position is to find recurring monthly revenue through a consultative approach while maintaining exceptional customer service. In addition, you'll be offering control and visibility to clients to improve their digital transformations and IT strategies.
Responsibilities:
Using phone, email, and social media to generate sales opportunities.
Establishing a solid pipeline of recurring revenue.
Providing control and visibility to clients to improve their digital transformations and IT strategies.
Bringing in and keeping new clients through our Managed Services.
Consistently maintaining a positive customer experience by working closely with all areas of the business.Requirements/Experience:
One year's experience in new business sales experience.
Previous experience in IT Engineering
Strong Technical understanding
IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Experience
Must hold a full UK Driving License
Excellent communication skillsPerson Specification:
Passion for IT
Positive Mindset
Ambitious
Self-motivated
