The Role

Reporting to the Account Manager, the key purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day running of client campaigns, ensuring they are managed effectively, on time, and on brief, but you'll also:
Build strong relationships and earn the confidence of clients, colleagues and suppliers alike
Be organised, ensuring regular status meetings take place so that colleagues and clients are always up to date on running campaigns
Oversee the day-to-day running of campaigns and to help ensure that all projects are managed effectively and delivered on time and on brief
Be supremely organised to ensure that all reporting is completed accurately and distributed on time
Involved in resourcing partnerships for your client campaigns
Assisting in writing briefing documents to allow our development team to build a client microsite, and in site testing before launch
Have a good understanding of security requirements for client microsites - hosting, SSL, cookies etc
Be able to spot trends (either good or not so good) when looking at client reporting
Monitor and report on promotional website activity
Managing e-stock of digitally delivered rewards
Managing customer (end user) queries via email and phone
Ideal Candidate
They are looking for someone who is a strong and reliable team member but also is capable of working on their own initiative. with a passion for working digitally. You ideally will have worked 'agency' side and be used to working with a number of different clients at the same time.
Essential skills include:
Good IT Skills (Outlook/Word) and intermediate Excel
Good analysis skills
Capable of multi-tasking and using time management skills to prioritise workload
Able to keep calm under pressure and work on own initiative
Good planning and time-management skills
Good attention to detail and ability to focus on task in hand
Excellent written and spoken English
