To provide a good, robust and effective sales function for the company to increase intake (sales) By:

Using the technical and engineering knowledge and experience to maximise sales opportunity within the more technical client sectors, ie Marine Civils and Civils and win profitable business. Use the company's reactive sales database to maximise sales from these areas and cease opportunity.

Proactively using the data to develop good client and customer relationship and the positive promotion.

Chasing leads and intel in good time to ensure we received the requests for quotes and ensure these are converted into orders.

Proactively contributing to developing goals and targets for the company within strategic areas of responsibility as part of the ongoing strategy and business plan for growth.

Minimum Requirement:

• 3 - 5 years Sales/Business development experience within a civils/marine civils engineering environment or

• Engineering environment that demonstrates understanding and clear transfeabel engineering principals

• Customer/Client account handling

• Positive approach and work ethic

• Good management principles understanding/experience

• Works under own initiative/time management

• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite

• Financial acumen/budget awareness

• Ideal requirement

• Engineering qualification within Civils/Structural engineering
