We are looking for an energetic, confident and organised SEO and PPC Manager. You will ideally have a track record of implementing successful SEO & PPC strategies and campaigns, which have led to a positive impact in website rankings, traffic and value. You will also be able to manage a portfolio of dedicated projects, and work as part of a team on website builds and migrations.
We are Business to Business and not Business to Consumer, so it is essential that you have B2B experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement successful SEO strategies through in depth research and insights
Research trends and competitors, pitching ideas internally
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for site migrations.
Take ownership of performance reporting
Make necessary changes to websites through the company CMS (including updating content, landing pages, new website features and resolving customer website issues)
Carry out technical SEO reviews / audits
Support team members and share knowledge
Keep up-to-date with industry news and changes
Implement and deliver website future enhancements in conjunction with our web developers.
Optimise website content and paid search copy.
Plan and execute Google Adwords strategies
Meta-Tag creation
Collaborate with Graphic Designer to enhance the web user experience.
Work with Product Managers to implement product marketing campaigns
Monthly reporting
Requirements and Skills
At least 3 years in a hands-on SEO focused role
Experience and a track record in SEO and performance marketing
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and on site and off site optimisation is expected together with web
Google Analytics experience to a high standard.
Google Tag Manager experience to a high standard.
Google Data Studio
Understanding of display marketing, email marketing and concept of personalisation
Local SEO skills
Good technical SEO knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication
Experience using Google Data Studio
Google Analytics Certified
Enhanced Ecommerce tracking knowledge
Familiar with emailing software programmes
Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
