Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to work within our client's Residential Home based in Nottingham. This large Residential Home is registered to provide care to a variety of individuals, ranging from those who are Elderly, suffer from Learning Disabilities and more
Deputy Manager vacancy details:
£30,000 per annum
Full-time employment (40 hours p/w)
Permanent contractDeputy Manager duties:
Provide assistance to the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service
Oversee the Care Home in the Manager's absence
The responsibility of maintaining and monitoring high quality care for residents
Assist with staff onboarding and training/ interviewing
Assist in completing care plans for residents and ensure these are updated depending on individual needs
