A well-established midlands-based professional services practice is seeking an intelligent and motivated individual to join their existing IT team based in Lincoln.
What you will be doingThe position requires working independently to solve user support issues across hardware and software, you will be working closely with other members of the IT Department, so good communication skills at all levels are required. On a day-to-day basis you will be handling user support queries and managing these through to conclusion these can range from simple "how to" queries through to issues which require the involvement of 3rd line support of third-party businesses. You will be able to develop and grow with the business, getting involved in project work, server-side administration, data analytics and user training.

What we are looking forTo be successful you should enjoy problem solving, have a willingness to learn; be enthusiastic, personable and have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. This position would ideally suit someone who has gained 12 months experience in an IT role and is looking for an opportunity to join a business where you can grow. As they are a multi-site firm, you should have a full driving licence to travel to their offices.
