Service Care Solutions have a new vacancy for a Band 8a Operational Lead working at an NHS hospital in Barking.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with an hourly pay rate of £34.00 ltd per hour.

Responsibilities will be the operational functioning and leadership of the adults Mental Health teams in Barking and Dagenham. You will be responsible for the clinical and managerial supervision to both nursing and AHP staff within the service, ensuring the service meets criteria in line with CQC guidance.

The service will need to be effectively monitored and delivered in a cost effective mannger whilst ensuring that the care given is of the highest standard.

You will need to be a qualified mental health nurse with extensive experience of working with people with complex, acute mental health needs, and experience of managing clinical services.

You will need to be a qualified RMN with an NMC registration.

The rate for this role is £34.00 per hour on a limited company (umbrella) basis.

We also offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.

Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
