Job purpose: To deliver the development and provision of marketing analytics using digital data for insight and campaign development.

Lead in the development and maintenance of all web metrics and provide analytics and reporting for multimedia campaigns and CRM, providing accurate, timely and actionable insight.
2. Analyse data through a range of digital tools to serve the needs of business partners by analysing; including (but not limited to) inbound customer touch points, web traffic, search performance, user engagement and conversion data across digital channels.
3. Develop reports that provide insight and recommendations for improved content performance, search rankings, goal tracking and conversion across digital channels.
4. Working closely with colleagues on user journey planning, offering insight into user profiles and provide analysis into customer behaviours and trends, which will improve the user experience and future segmentation.
5. Collaborate with the broader team to support troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure decisions on content are informed by evidence.
7. Support colleagues with user journey planning, offering insight into user profiles and provide analysis into customer behaviours and trends, which will improve the user experience and future segmentation.
8. Identify key user journeys and flows across desktop, mobile and tablet, and implement benchmark and range/time measurements against KPIs
9. Understand all customer data touch points to ensure digital opportunities are maximised.
10. Develop and maintain integrated and effective trust- based relationships with colleagues from across the University and provide analytics and reporting consultancyProfile

Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to interpret data and demonstrate investigative research and analytical skills to make recommendations. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and juggle work priorities with diverse demands and meet deadlines. Able to work effectively as a team member, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver hands-on help as part of a team. Demonstrable creative and innovative skills.
