Are you currently working in a Customer Success Manager, consultant, pre sales, technical account management, enterprise architect role?!
I'm looking to speak with you! This is an exciting opportunity to join a brilliant consultancy with a great pipeline of cloud projects.

You will be applying your technical skills to help my clients customers architect their hybrid cloud and growth offerings. You will be responsible for case identification, architect design, and much more. You will also guide IT executives through cloud migrations and changes, as well as showing customers how to get full value out of their solutions.

To strive personally within this role you will need:

Worked within a consultant, pre sales, architect or technical account management position.
Have a deep understanding of the customers businesses and technology base, whilst also being a face of my clients business.
You will be the trusted technical expert for the cloud migrations, deployment and adoption of the hybrid cloud offerings.
Have a strong proven track record of leading technical conversations
Strong experience in negotiating and handling difficult situations that may arise, whilst also providing resolutions. Required Technical Experience:

Hands on experience with containers and openshift.
Technical understanding on cloud services and solutions.
Experience with enterprise software implementations.
Strong with building growth plans to demonstrate growth offerings to deliver customer outcomes.
Strong understanding of enterprise software implementations and working within a B2B Enterprise software environment (SaaS, Iaas, Paas and Cloud).
Managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
