About The Role
Here at CarFinance 247 we are currently recruiting for an Onboarding Trainer to join our Team. The Onboarding Trainer is responsible for supporting employees through the attaining competence stage of the 247 Group T&C Framework. As the Onboarding Trainer you will contribute to the T&C framework by delivering training and, coaching, call listening and any other means.
You will directly line manage employees through their attaining competence journey dealing with any capability and behavioural issues with the support of the onboarding manager.
Responsibilities for the Onboarding Trainer:
Directly line manage employees who sit within the attaining competence stage of the sales T&C framework.
Design and deliver coaching and training solutions to employees who sit within the attaining competence stage of the T&C journey supporting their progress.
Carry out all T&C activity at the highest quality meeting all SLAs and evidencing progress in line with the T&C framework.
Working closely with the onboarding manager, present regular progress data in relation to all employees you are responsible for.
Maintain strong relationships with all Operational Sales Managers gaining feedback on newly competent employees and supporting their early stages on maintaining competence in any way possible.
Contribute to the evolution of the sales academy bringing new ideas and processes to support future employees with their T&C journey.
About The Candidate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Conscientious and able to work with attention to detail.
Proven experience of delivering at pace and meeting and/or exceeding key performance indicators (KPI's)
Experience of monitoring and managing individual's and team performance.
Experience and awareness of how to motivate colleagues and drive performance.
