In this SEN Teaching Assistant post, you will be working throughout the school and you will be working with pupils on a 1:1 basis. In this post, you will be communicating regularly with the SENCO to ensure the provision you deliver to SEN pupils is helping them achieve their academic and personal targets. In general, you will be acquiring the skills to create an effective lesson plan by assisting the teacher with the planning and preparation of lessons.
